Triple room with patio windows, awesome view and a balcony. Extra care from the very, very nice and pleasant staff.

The location is exceptionally nice in a lively area, right by the lake which has plenty of activity especially durinf weekend, the surrounding areas and the Old Quarter of Hanoi City on Cau Go street at the intersection of Ho Hoan Kiem. Hoan Kiem district deserves to be explored: )

Everything was perfect, very helpful staff, magnificent views to the lake. It had particularly good and absolutely perfect location so close to a traditional water puppet theater.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was luxurious, with top location just next door to the Old Quarter, all tourist spots, and market and many great restaurants. Liked staying at the fully-equipped double room with large bathroom.

I recently had a lovely boutique stay in this hotel in a very convenient location. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Old Quarter, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms are new and trendy, with a compact yet comfortable layout. I particularly enjoyed the large bathroom and the nice balcony that offered a great view of the bustling surroundings. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. One highlight was the breakfast, which was served with a great view of the old quarter of Hanoi. the hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail, making it an excellent choice for a stay in this city.

I stayed at this hotel before and would love to go back. The location was good and magnificent - the venue looked fairly clean. Reasonably large units with balconies, a lovely view plus an extra blanket, and the staff were very helpful...

The location of this hotel is excellent. You are right next to the lake, and only a 5 minute stroll to the Old Quarter. The room was very spacious and clean. It was very comfortable to come back to after a full day of being out and about. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, and the pancakes were amazing. Definitely recommend.

It might be a bit noisy for some people, especially if you face the lake and you stay there on Sunday where there is lots going on around the lake. However, we did not mind.

Liked my GREAT stay for a short visit. The room was quiet and immaculate and had private bathroom plus an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware. The stuff helped me with cab.
